Introduction to Langco Bay Village

As soon as I arrived at Langco Bay Village, a beautiful village guide greeted me. This small fishing village is like a hidden gem in Vietnam. You can easily find the village guide on Google Maps. However, the entrance to the village starts right next to the road, so you might be a little confused.

I was confused. But don't worry. The village sign is right in front of you. And the market is active right from the start of the village, so you can see freshly caught fish. Yes, this village has many people engaged in the fishing industry. Because the sea is around the village, the fishing industry naturally developed. So, shall we take a closer look at the village with me?

Exploring Hidden Treasures in Langco Bay

As I entered the center of the village, a lively market caught my eye. There were various items on display that allowed me to get a glimpse into the daily lives of the local residents. Colorful fruits, fresh seafood, and unique handicrafts... Everything was exciting. And there was a barbecue place nearby, so it looked really delicious. But I had to keep going, so I had to hurried my steps that were not easily falling.

Fantastic beach scenery in Langco Bay

We passed the market and headed to the beach. The scenery we encountered there was truly overwhelming. The endless clear sea and soft sandy beach... Seeing this scenery, I could see why people love the beaches of Vietnam. And the important thing is that there was no one. It seemed that the villagers only came to the beach in the morning when they go out to fish, and there were no foreigners.

If you want to visit at a really leisurely time, I recommend a quiet afternoon. Of course, if you go in the morning, you will see the fishermen who just finished fishing. The surrounding area is full of mountains and fog, beautiful emerald sea color, and sand that gently wraps your feet. I was happy to be able to enjoy all these scenes.

Abandoned resort and desolate beach in Langco Bay

An interesting thing is that when I rode my motorbike a little further away from the village, I saw hotels and resort buildings that seemed to have stopped being developed. The surrounding beach was deserted without a single person.

I think this place was not popular with tourists because the water was deeper and the waves were stronger than My Khe Beach. It was unfortunate, but I guess this is part of the trip. It was really unfortunate. I felt like I had invested a lot. Still, the beautiful sea and the sound of the waves kept talking to me, so it wasn't as lonely as I thought.

Tasting the local specialty 'Bangbolak' in Langco Bay

For the last course of the trip, I tasted 'Bangbolak', a specialty of Hue. This uniquely delicious dish was an unforgettable experience. This dish is made with a piece of cooked shrimp and pork inside, made into a rice cake, and wrapped in a banana leaf.

It is fantastic when steamed and eaten, and when dipped in sauce, a spicy and salty taste fills your mouth. If you want to feel the chewy texture and spiciness, don't miss this delicacy. As a city of the old kings, Hue can feel the charm of such a beautiful dish.
