An unforgettable night view of Da Nang International Fireworks Festival. Hello, this is travel expert Jones Go! Today, I would like to give you a review of the Danang International Fireworks Festival, which I personally attended. If you have decided to go to Danang International Fireworks Festival because it contains my own special tips, I am sure this article will be of great help.

I would like to share my experience of being immersed in the dazzling fireworks display and colorful festival atmosphere to help you plan your trip to Da Nang.

What is the Danang International Fireworks Festival?

The Danang International Fireworks Festival is Asia's largest fireworks festival held in Danang, Vietnam every year in June and July. Renowned fireworks experts from around the world participate and present colorful and unique fireworks displays, attracting countless tourists.

So far, numerous countries have participated and are raising their country's status in the field of fireworks, and it can be said to be a beautiful night festival that makes Danang's great night more colorful and splendid. I have experienced various night skies at fireworks festivals, and I think the fireworks festival here is like the Olympics of fireworks festivals from all over the world. You can see such a fierce, hot, and beautiful match!

Danang International Fireworks Festival theme and schedule

the Danang International Fireworks Festival was held for five weeks under the theme of Stories of Rivers. The name of the river in Danang, Vietnam is the Han River. If this is your first time coming to Danang, you must cross one of the three bridges on the Han River to reach My Khe Beach.

So, you will have no choice but to pass by the Han River. If you get off the plane in the evening and go to your hotel, and cross the bridge over the Han River, you will be able to experience the World Fireworks Festival! Come experience such a wonderful experience!

Opening: June 8 (Sat)

Closing: July 13 (Sat)

Major participating countries: USA, France, Germany, China, Finland, Italy, Vietnam, etc.

My recommended viewing points for the Danang International Fireworks Festival

Han River: This is the most popular viewing point. You can enjoy the fireworks from various angles, and the hotel's rooftop bar offers an even more special experience. Since I think this method is the worst, I will introduce it to you first. If you book a hotel near the Han River, the level of viewing will vary depending on the hotel's location. If you can't make a reservation at a hotel nearby, you can watch from the Han River Bridge or from the VIP bleachers by paying for a ticket, or from the road right next to the bleachers. Please note that this cannot be answered in one way as there are many variables depending on the viewing location. Also, please keep in mind that there is a lot of floating population at that time, so if you make a mistake, you can waste valuable time. Please also note that if the weather is rainy, it can be quite difficult if you are not at the hotel!

My Khe Beach: It is less crowded than the Han River and can be viewed comfortably. You can also take a walk along the beach and watch the fireworks. However, it will be very difficult to see it at My Khe Beach. Because there are huge hotels around My Khe Beach, it is much more likely that you won't be able to see it. My recommendation is that if you want to see things from My Khe Beach, book one of the highest hotels nearby! This method is recommended because it is a way to see the world's most famous fireworks festival from the hotel, and the sound of the evening waves on My Khe Beach and the evening moon become your lighting, allowing you to enjoy the fireworks beautifully. It will be a truly special experience!

Sun Cruise: You can have a special experience watching fireworks from a boat on the Han River. I would like to recommend this method first. Because you will be able to experience the world's fireworks festival from the front. I have three experiences: I have seen it from the Han River Bridge, I have seen it from a bench on the other side of the Han River after paying for a ticket, and I have seen it on the other side of the Han River without paying, but I have yet to experience taking a sun cruise. doesn't exist. However, the reason why this method is most recommended is because you can see the fireworks festival from the front when you are on a boat. So, I would like to recommend this method first. (Actually, I prefer watching fireworks from afar, so I watched them in three ways. I saw it up close in Korea, but personally, it hurt my eyes. However, this The reason I recommend this method the most is because there are so many gorgeous fireworks that I recommend seeing them from the front first.)

My review of the Danang International Fireworks Festival

I personally participated in the Danang Fireworks Festival this year and made unforgettable memories. In particular, the Finnish team's colorful and touching fireworks display captured my heart. I watched this fireworks display from the beginning. I saw it well from the Han River Bridge, from the street across from it, and from the VIP stands across from it, and other than the places where I didn't take the cruise, I watched it all from good locations.

I don't have such strong memories of the Vietnamese and French teams that first announced the start of the competition. However, it was so interesting that both countries could see the fireworks continuously for up to 30 minutes, so I was able to participate on other days as well. In that respect, I think the beginning is important in everything. The next country that impressed me was the United States. The United States had really spectacular fireworks and was able to operate really large fireworks displays.

I remember that China also used fireworks of similar size the following week, but it felt different from the United States. And the fireworks of the country that won the long-awaited finals were like an opera. The overall fireworks harmony was very good and the composition was perfect. I could still hear people's exclamations. This event lasted for several months and remains a beautiful memory that filled my life with a series of festivals. If you happen to visit Da Nang, please make sure to attend and spend time. Don't miss out on this important event! This festival can create beautiful memories with your loved ones.

We also enjoyed the various cultural events that took place along with the fireworks. It was full of various things to see and eat, including traditional music performances, street performances, and food festivals. We hope you have a great time visiting the night market that is always open right next door. We will discuss night market related tips in detail in another article. Don't miss any relevant information!

Danang International Fireworks Festival Travel Tips

Accommodation: Accommodation prices may soar during the fireworks festival, so it is recommended to make reservations in advance.

Transportation: Traffic congestion may become severe after watching the fireworks, so we recommend using public transportation. Be careful because there is so much floating population that the roads become paralyzed!

Others: It is recommended to prepare plenty of water, a hat, sunscreen, etc., and to wear comfortable shoes. Also, just in case, I recommend that you prepare an umbrella and bring a chair to sit on if you want to sit on the floor and watch the sights. And don't forget your phone to record the great moments!
