I plucked up the courage to try it after being recommended by locals. GẦN BÒ TRỘN is a food made with beef intestines as the main ingredient, and although it seems similar to Korean intestine soup or sundae soup, it has a completely different charm.

GẦN BÒ TRỘN is a fantastic combination of chewy beef intestines, crunchy vegetables, and spicy sauce. It was refreshing and had a deep flavor, just like a salad. In particular, the spicy sauce whetted my appetite and I was able to enjoy it even more deliciously. You can enjoy the soft intestines of beef while trying a variety of salads at the same time! I found this food the most delicious recently. It's also great to pack food and go to nearby My Khe Beach and eat it while enjoying the beautiful view of the sea! I packed it and ate it with coconut fruit in the sea, and it was really delicious. The atmosphere is really great too!
